Biography

Berk Ozer (S’13) was born in 1990, in Ankara, Turkey. In 2013, he received the B.Sc. degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey. He is currently pursuing his M.S degree under the supervision of Prof. Orhan Arikan, in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Bilkent University. His research interests are in, compressive sensing and statistical signal processing and image coding.

Research Interests

• Compressive sensing, DOA estimation, measurement matrix design
• Statistical signal processing, swarm intelligence
• Image coding, information theory, polar coding
